WATERMELON PROJECT

The Watermelon Project is an experimental space for objects and art which was initiated on Vienna’s Rudolfsplatz in 2010; it has now moved to Frankfurt and set up home in a charming shop on a quiet intersection of Frankfurt’s posh Westend district.

Art featured is primarily from South African born artist Brigid Ibell (more infos under http://www.ibellart.de/) and some of the smaller works are not only flight cabin conform but affordable as well. Those looking for an unusual present should definitely check out the Watermelon Project - objects, jewellery and some clothing mainly of Austrian origin.
